Terms of Use
Terms and conditions governing the use of the Muhimmak feedback platform operated by Al Maraghi Auto Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Muhimmak ("the Platform"), including kiosk feedback surveys, staff dashboards, QR code links, and service portals operated by Al Maraghi Auto Services ("Company", "We", "Us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. Service Description
Muhimmak is an enterprise customer feedback and quality management system designed to record, evaluate, and analyze customer service experiences across Al Maraghi Auto Services facilities. The Platform provides kiosk survey interfaces, daily rotating QR feedback access, receptionist performance tracking, and automated service analytics.
3. Authorised Access & Staff Responsibilities
Authorized staff members are assigned confidential PINs for authentication. Staff members must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are strictly prohibited from sharing PINs or initiating unauthorized feedback sessions. Falsification of feedback scores, artificially inflating ratings, or creating fraudulent sessions is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate disciplinary and legal action.
4. Customer Consent & Survey Participation
Customer participation in feedback surveys is voluntary. Customers may choose to submit feedback anonymously or decline participation at any time prior to survey completion. Responses submitted through the kiosk or QR links are processed for quality enhancement, service monitoring, and staff performance evaluation.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software designs, visual interfaces, logos, domain names, algorithms, and documentation associated with Muhimmak are the exclusive property of Al Maraghi Auto Services or its licensors. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
6. AI-Assisted Processing & Analytics
The Platform utilizes server-side artificial intelligence models (such as DeepSeek AI) to process open-text customer feedback, evaluate sentiment, and generate aggregate service performance summaries. AI processing operates on secured server infrastructure and does not use customer responses to train public AI models.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Availability
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While Al Maraghi Auto Services strives for uninterrupted system availability and data accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates, Al Maraghi Auto Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, data delays, or unauthorized system access.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of Muhimmak following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the United Arab Emirates.
